Stanislas Lanckriet obtained his Master’s degree in Law at the Catholic University of Leuven (K.U. Leuven) in 1998. He obtained further degrees in tax law (K.U. Leuven) and corporate law (K.U. Leuven) before he was admitted as a lawyer to the Brussels’ Bar in 1999. Stanislas Lanckriet advises domestic and foreign clients in matters of corporate law, commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and tax law. He assists clients in negotiations and setting-up appropriate acquisition structures for investors. He regularly acts before Belgian courts at different levels. He is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on these topics. Stanislas Lanckriet is member of AIJA and is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
